Eligibility
Now open to military spouses of every rank and pay grade.
Spouses of active-duty, National Guard, and reserve component service members in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard may qualify for up to $4,000 — regardless of rank or pay grade.
